TERMS & CONDITIONS
A quote provided by ND-ELECTROTECH will remain valid for thirty days unless otherwise expressly stated. On expiry of that period, if the Customer wishes to proceed a quote revision will need to be provided prior to the Contractor undertaking the service.
The terms of payment to ND-ELECTROTECH are as follows:
For the supply and installation of air conditioning units payment is strictly COD unless otherwise agreed to a maximum of net 30 (thirty) days from the date of invoice
For the provision of service payment is strictly COD unless otherwise agreed to a maximum of net 30 (thirty) days from the date of invoice
Payment of the Contractor’s tax invoice must be made in any of the following manner:
Credit card, Debit card, electronic transfer to the Contractor's bank account or Cash.
ND-ELECTROTECH may require at any time, and request, a deposit on an accepted Sales Quote where the total price exceeds $2,000.00 or the materials component exceeds thirty percent (30%) of the contract price.
Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 10% p.a., calculated for the period from when the account is due until the date it is paid.
All equipment supplied and installed by ND-ELECTROTECH remains the property of ND-ELECTROTECH until all monies outstanding to ND-ELECTROTECH in connection with these Terms and Conditions have been paid.
To the extent permitted by law, ND-ELECTROTECH is not liable for negligence or otherwise to any person including the Customer for any loss or damage including consequential loss suffered or incurred in relation to the Contractor’s service or products supplied.
The price agreed herein does not include any expense covering damage arising from hidden or unknown contingencies found at the job site, unless specifically noted in the tender/quoted price.
The Customer will ensure that ND-ELECTROTECH has free and unimpeded access to the place in which the services are to take place and that the Customer will do all things to ensure that ND-ELECTROTECH is not delayed by matters within the control of the Customer.
Service under warranty shall only be available between the hours of 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, and excludes public holidays, and warranty does not include routine maintenance service including filter cleaning, rectification of faults arising from power failure, misuse of equipment, lack of routine maintenance or operator error.
Should the Customer cancel the engagement of the Contractor after it has been accepted, the Customer agrees they may be held liable for any reasonable costs incurred by the Contractor in relation to the provision of the services and/or provision of products up to the point of cancellation including but not limited to restocking fees, non recoverable freight charges, cost of permits and approvals, design and drafting expenses and labour.
